GM Degens is a character-first project rooted in Web3 culture and the ritual of saying “GM.”
Built around daily engagement and collectible art, the project blends internet-native energy with a growing universe of customizable traits and on-chain identity.

GM Degen Requested

GM Degen commissioned a full trait expansion and visual refinement for their mascot.
The goal was to upgrade existing traits and develop new ones with improved line weight, refreshed color palettes, and consistent styling across all categories. Specific requests included minor, major, and variant traits—with a clear production schedule ensuring approvals at every step.

What Studio MOM! Delivered

Major Traits (11 total)
Included redesigned classics like the Beanie, Cap, and Straw Hat (refined for brand continuity), plus entirely new additions like Cape, Mog Glasses, and Blueboo’s Choice.

Minor Traits (6 trait types)
Ranged from subtle add-ons like Scars, Halo, and Horns to identity-defining variations like Hair Up, Hoody, and 10 new eye/mouth options.

Trait Variants
Alternate styles delivered for Hoody 2, Cape 2, Shades, and additional Body and Background options.

Stylistic Overhaul
All traits redrawn with thicker, cleaner linework
New color system applied for improved harmony and brand consistency
Trait positioning and fitting tested across combinations to eliminate overlaps or gaps
